Isabella Garcia serves as a State Relations Associate for the University of Floridas Government and Community Relations office. In this role, she supports the university’s engagement with state policymakers and stakeholders through legislative tracking, policy research, operational support, and event planning.
A lifelong Floridian, Isabella is a graduate of the University of Florida, where she earned a B.A. in Political Science with minors in History and Public Leadership. During her undergraduate years, she served as a Special Programs Coordinator and Event Planning Student Assistant at the Bob Graham Center for Public Service, supporting major programs and civic engagement initiatives. She also held officer roles in student organizations focused on community service, mentorship, and leadership development. Before joining the Government and Community Relations team, Isabella worked as a first-party insurance litigation paralegal in Miami, gaining practical legal experience and strengthening her interest in government and law.
Isabella is based in Tallahassee, and she is passionate about public service, education, and expanding educational and civic opportunities across Florida.
