Join us in Gainesville for an informative discussion on the research and programs at the university.

For more than 40 years, UF has hosted the Eye Opener Discovery Breakfast, a regular event held in Gainesville for community members and business leaders to learn about the latest research and resources impacting our community. With nine breakfasts each year between September and May featuring experts from the University of Florida, the topics discussed are curated to engage attendees and highlight areas of community interest. The event serves as a bridge between the university and the community, showcasing UF's impact and creating opportunities for attendees to connect more deeply with the university.

The events are held at the University of Florida Hilton Hotel in either Shula’s private dining room or the Ballroom at 7:30 AM on the second Wednesday of each month, except when noted.
